We still have pumpkins available.  We keep them in our machine shed so they were out of the weather and cold.  So we're open every day for this week for pumpkins until 5:30, including Halloween, which is this Saturday October 31.

Pumpkins, corn shocks, gourds, etc., are for sale in the machine shed.  Come shop for your pumpkins out of the wind and rain.  There is a self-serve payment box in the shed by the double sliding door facing the barn.  The machine shed will be open 09:00 – sunset every day through October 31st.

Bakery, coffee, apples, carrots, jams, maple syrup, soaps, etc. will be for sale by the house.  All sales will be cash and tax included (as applicable), to result in even dollar amounts.  This area will be open 9 am to 1 pm Wednesday through Friday and 9 am to 3 pm Saturday and Sunday through October 31st.

Hope that you are enjoying the nice weather this week.  We will be opening this Saturday October 10, 2020 at 9 a.m.  Just letting you know that things have changed since last year.  The store attached to the barn will not be open.  We will have two sales areas instead. Pumpkins, corn shocks, gourds, etc., will be for sale in the machine shed.  There will be a self-serve payment box in the shed by the double sliding door facing the barn.  The machine shed will be open 09:00 – sunset every day through October 31st.

Bakery, coffee, apples, carrots, jams, maple syrup, soaps, etc. will be for sale by the house.  All sales will be cash and tax included (as applicable), to result in even dollar amounts.  This area will be open 09:00 – 3:00 Wednesday through Sunday through October 31st.

There are a couple of round tables to sit at, appropriately distanced, on the patio on the north side of the barn.  A hand wash station and porta potty are on the north side of the barn as well.

New this year, we welcome you to take a stroll on our walking paths created out in our pasture west of the barn.  Please stay on the mowed paths, as weeds and other plants are in the rough.  Big wheel strollers are needed if you wish to push a stroller on the paths.

When you are on the farm and by others, we request that you maintain your distance and wear a face covering to protect you and others around you.  As mentioned before, we will not host our Fall Fest this year.  We have made these decisions to help protect the health and safety of our community and customers.

Thanks for your continued support.

What a year of adjusting.  We have been closed this year because of the Coronavirus, and it was our intention to open this Saturday.  However, we found out last night that we were exposed to the Coronavirus last weekend, so we will not be opening this weekend.  Our new tentative opening date is Saturday October 10.  When we do open, we request that you wear a face covering to protect you and others around you.  Also, we will not host our Fall Fest this year.  We have made these decisions to help protect the health and safety of our community and customers.  Thanks for your support.

Hi to all.  Apologizes to all for not keeping our website up to date.  We did not open this year because of the virus.  There was a hope things would return to normal, but that is not happening.  So closed we are.

The fall event will not be held this year, however we are planning to open for pumpkin season.  We're looking to be open on weekends starting at the end of September or early October.  We will endeavor to keep our website up to date, but please refer to our Facebook page for the most current information.

Only one week to Halloween.  Please stop in this weekend for your fall decorations and pumpkins.  These items are located in our pole shed this year so that you can select your items and not have to be out in the rain, snow, wind, and cold.

Hello,

We experienced a bit of damage during the morning storms on Saturday July 20.  The entire south-side of our barn roof was blown off.  Kay and I were in the barn when this occurred; we couldn't make it to the house basement so we saw all of the action.

Saturday afternoon and Sunday were spent picking up roofing material.  We need to get some debris cleaned up yet and make the area safe, so we are closed on Wednesday July 24. We plan to open Thursday July 25.  Thanks for your support.

Rain, rain, go away, might be what everyone is thinking this spring.  The wet weather put us three weeks behind but we were able to get our vegetables planted.  But with the warm, humid weather, the vegetables are taking off.  Hopefully things dry out a bit so we can stay ahead of the weeds.
